At Psyainz LLC, we strive to provide high-quality vocal training and educational services. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds across our different product offerings.

1. Subscription Services

1.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period:

  • You have full access to the subscription features
  • You may cancel at any time without being charged
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan

1.2 Paid Subscriptions

For paid subscription plans (Standard and Premium):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period after cancellation
  • Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period

Example:

If you subscribe on January 1st and cancel on January 15th, you will retain access until January 31st (end of billing period), but will not receive a refund for the remaining 16 days.

2. Digital Courses

2.1 Course Preview

We provide preview content and detailed course descriptions to help you make an informed purchase decision before buying any digital course.

2.2 Refund Policy for Digital Courses

Due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediate access provided upon purchase:

  • Digital courses are non-refundable once access has been granted
  • We encourage you to review all available preview content before purchasing
  • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing purchased content, please contact us for assistance

2.3 Technical Issues Exception

If you are unable to access your purchased course due to technical problems on our end that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact support@psyainz.com with details of the issue.

3. One-on-One Sessions

3.1 Cancellation Policy

  • More than 24 hours before session: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • Within 24 hours of session: 50% refund or rescheduling with a fee
  • No-show: No refund will be issued

3.2 Instructor Cancellation

If an instructor cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Add-on Services

For add-on services such as personalized video feedback:

  • Once the service has been delivered (feedback video sent), no refunds will be issued
  • If we are unable to deliver the service within the promised timeframe, you may request a refund

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where eligible), please contact us:

  • Include your account email and order/transaction details
  • Describe the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your account.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
